Fundraiser for The Children's Heart Foundation, where over 75% of the money donated will directly fund congenital heart defect research and/or CHD education.

Dine-in, Take-out, Delivery,

and Catering

How?

Bring in a flyer or mention this fundraiser when you pay and 20% of your purchases will be donated to The Children's Heart Foundation by California Pizza Kitchen.

You can participate at any of the 43 restaurants by dining in, by carrying-out, or placing a catering order for pick-up or for delivery. Some of the locations might also allow gift card purchases to count towards the fundraiser.

Note: Some locations require 24 hour notice on catering orders, while others only require 2-3 hour advance notice. Please contact your store in advance to find out their policy.
